About

Laurie Parker has helped writers bring their ideas to life for over 20 years. She was an editor with Acropolis Books and also worked individually with authors in many genres. Currently, Laurie sits on the editorial review board of a noted professional journal. For fun, she is writing and illustrating a children's book.

Mary McColl believes, “Knowledge of the rules of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure is important; application of the rules with discretion and without changing the writer's style is paramount.” Mary has diverse editing experience in fiction and nonfiction that ranges from haiku to book length manuscripts.
She is a nonfiction writer currently working on a biography of a western homesteader.

How?

You email ( submit@editors2.com ) us a sample of your work. If it's an article or short work, send 4-5 double-spaced pages. If it's book length, please send one chapter. We will edit your sample for free and send you a free personalized estimate of what it would cost to do your entire work.

We charge competitive hourly rates based on the type of editing you need
